The tenants share and are jointly responsible for the shower, kitchen and dining area and hallway. The kitchen has everything for simple cooking including fridge, freezer and microwave. It is possible to borrow a washing machine. There is also access to part of the garden, with a small patio. Non-smoking accommodation is a requirement (see pictures at the bottom of the page).
